Take Liv and Ben for example…
Liv is the Content Creator Apprentice at ETL Marketing – since joining the team, she’s made herself known as an adobe extraordinaire, creating endless cool designs for a number of our Partner Firms. Here’s what she had to say about her experience so far:
“I feel like I’m a very creative person and ETL was the perfect choice to be able to put my creativity to practise. When I started, I immediately felt like an equal member to the team, being able to contribute my graphic design skills. But, I’m still learning everyday and improving on my skills which has given me first-hand experience while I complete my level 3 of content creation. I really enjoy it here and feel as though it is the perfect start to a career in content creation!”
Ben is the IT Apprentice at ETL IT – he’s quickly becoming an expert at helping the team keep the network’s IT systems running smoothly! Here’s what he had to say about his apprenticeship journey so far:
“I’ve really enjoyed learning about all the technicalities that go into running the IT side of businesses of this scale and I still have much to learn. Since I started, I have met and spoken to a wide range of people from all over the country, helping to resolve their issues using a variety of tools and methods that I’ve learnt about so far in my apprenticeship. I work with a great team who are very supportive and teach me all the ins-and-outs of being an IT technician.”
