Bhavini was an instant hire for us, despite having no accounting background or experience. Her intelligence and drive were evident from that first meeting, and she has met and then exceeded all expectations from that day onwards. Her confidence has grown as she has progressed through her professional exams and with pass after pass, she is one of the most successful trainees in the firm’s hundred-year history.
Along with academic success, she has built professional relationships with colleagues and clients alike, with feedback highlighting her personable nature and attention to detail. She shows real commitment to doing the best for the companies and individuals we advise and assist. Bhavini has recently volunteered to be part of our Mental Health and Wellbeing group at Harold Sharp.
The last two years posed many challenges to trainees, particularly when working from home. Bhavini was proactive in keeping in touch with everyone and made the best of a difficult working environment, staying positive and encouraging those around her.
Bhavini has expanded the remit of her role to better support her colleagues, and as her employer, I am immensely grateful for her initiative. We see Bhavini as a role model within the firm; helping to lead apprentices through the start of their careers as well as assisting colleagues in adopting the latest innovations and adopting new technologies into their regular tasks. Bhavini’s colleagues constantly seek her out to work on their projects, due to her efficiency, knowledge, and nature.
Bhavini is inspirational to those around her and will no doubt move from strength to strength in her future.
